Our Moama location is home to a massive 500m2 open gym fitted out with top-of-the-range Life Fitness equipment, free weights, cable machines, infrared sauna and more.

Impact PILATES

Our Impact Pilates studio is located in the rear building. We have over 10 classes on our timetable with our expert instructors and our reformer pilates studio is also 24/7.

Impact Recovery

Our Recovery Room is also located in the rear of our building. This room includes high-quality 2x red light therapy panels, 2x compression pants, 2x massage chairs and a steam sauna. This has a booking system for 2x people at a time which makes it exclusive and private.

In another 500m2 building to the rear of the facility, we have a huge functional training space with everything you would need for strength & conditioning style of training. This building also has 24/7 access and It is fitted out with top-of-range equipment including a massive 8-station Rogue rig, ski ergs, rowers, assault bikes, competition plates and a huge variety of functional equipment.
